Where’s my pre-order?


Buying a play couch is an exciting thing, and by far the most common email we get is “when can I expect my pre-order?” Pre-orders are orders made and a commitment to stock which is either being made or already made and in transit to our warehouse in Sydney. We are usually conservative with our pre-order dates to allow for unforeseen delays in shipping or manufacture, but this will change from time to time. The stages to pre-order


Stage 1: Manufacture

The product is being manufactured in our factory


Stage 2: Transport


The product has now been made, passed QC, and has been packed in a container on its way to our warehouse. Transit time usually takes 2>4 weeks & this is where we have the least amount of control as it is affected by shipping lanes & anomalies such as offshore war


Stage 3: Arrived

The stock has arrived in Sydney and will be dropped to our 3PL Warehouse soon. This stage usually takes between 4>7 days and is dependent on how busy the ports, drivers and our warehouse dock is


Stage 4: Receiving

The stock has arrived in our Sydney warehouse and the team are working hard to unload and reconcile the stock. This stage usually takes around 2>3 days


Stage 5: Despatch

Your order has now been labelled & shipped using the relevant carriers. You will get an email with tracking once your order has been picked up from our warehouse. It is quite normal for this tracking link to not work for the first few hours, just give it some time before trying to track it as it takes some time for the shipment to manifest

 

We do recommend that you track your orders and importantly, if you would like to have the items left at your premises you will need to select 'ATL' Authority to leave yourself as we do not have authority to request that on your behalf. Goods that cannot be delivered will be returned to the closest post office and held for a few days so if you have not received your goods please do pick them up with urgency to avoid them being redelivered to our warehouse as this will delay your shipment and lead to redelivery costs for you

*All Pre-Orders have been made & shipped

 

*Currently ALL Outstanding Pre-Order / Back Order stock has been scheduled to arrive in our warehouse Monday 10th March and we will start to dispatch all orders from Tuesday 11th March.   

 

*Note

If your order contains a mixture of products it will be shipped together as one consignment when all items arrive. As we charge one shipping fee we don't offer split shipments.
