My Loungey® Pet Bed looks flat upon unboxing, is this normal?
Yes, it's normal. Loungey® Pet Beds are compressed for shipping. It can take up to two weeks to fully expand. We recommend massaging the bed and leaving the zippers slightly undone initially to expedite expansion before giving it to your furry friends.
Why is the underside of the pet bed black?
The black material on the underside of our pet beds is a non-slip fabric, crucial for stability, especially for pets with joint pain or those who tend to run into their beds excitedly. Be sure to shift the bed's position occasionally to maintain its grip, especially on smoother surfaces and to avoid leaving marks. Avoid leaving it on polished concrete surfaces.
Can I wash the memory foam in my Loungey® Pet Bed?
It is not recommended to wash the memory foam. To clean, simply wipe the waterproof liner and use a damp cloth with mild detergent for any spills on the foam. Washing the covers however is a must, use mild detergent on a warm wash and hang dry.
